If you are assessing us as a customer, this is the page that matters. We hold stock ourselves, in our own building, and we take responsibility for it from the moment it arrives.

Our facility

8,000 sq ft in the West Midlands.

This is our own site — not a third-party logistics provider and not a virtual office address. Around 1,500 SKUs are held live across our two categories, with household and cleaning chemicals stored in a separate area from all food and confectionery stock.

Warehousing

We operate our own 8,000 sq ft warehouse in the West Midlands. It is our own site — not a third-party logistics provider and not a virtual office. We give the full delivery address to brands directly when an account is opened.

  • Ambient storage across roughly 1,500 live SKUs.
  • Household and cleaning chemicals stored separately from all food and confectionery stock.
  • Stock held in original manufacturer outers and cases wherever possible.
  • Site security, access control and out-of-hours cover in place.

Goods in

Deliveries are booked in so that stock is checked, recorded and put away the day it arrives rather than sitting on the dock.

  • Inbound deliveries booked to an agreed window.
  • Quantities checked against the advice note and purchase order.
  • Outer condition inspected, with damage and shortages reported to you promptly.
  • Batch and date-code information recorded on receipt for food lines.

Stock control

Accurate stock is what lets us forecast honestly and give you sensible repeat orders rather than erratic ones.

  • Every SKU recorded against its location for pick accuracy.
  • First-expired, first-out rotation on all dated stock.
  • Regular cycle counting rather than a single annual stocktake.
  • Batch traceability retained so that stock can be identified if you ever need to withdraw a line.

Orders and delivery

Retail customers order from held stock, which is why availability rather than lead time is what we sell on.

  • Next-day delivery as standard on stocked lines.
  • Orders picked, checked and packed for transit in-house.
  • Palletised and parcel despatch depending on order size.
  • Shortages and damages handled directly with the retailer, not passed back to you.
Responsible trading

How we manage risk on your behalf.

Everything below describes a practice we follow or a document we can produce. Where we do not hold a third-party certification, we say so rather than implying one — if your process requires a specific accreditation, ask and we will give you a straight answer.

Product safety and labelling

We hold safety data sheets and CLP labelling information for the chemical lines we carry, and retain allergen and labelling information for food lines so it can be passed to our retail customers.

Traceability and withdrawal

Batch and date-code records are kept at goods-in, so if you ever need to withdraw or recall a batch we can identify what we hold and where it went.

Data protection

We are the data controller for enquiries made through this website and handle personal data in line with UK GDPR. Our privacy notice sets out how.

Documents on request

Insurance certificates, trade references, our completed new-supplier forms and company documentation are available to any brand assessing us for a trade account.
